How to fit your ink cartridge - just remove the packaging, tear off the Yellow strip and you are ready to place the cartridge into your printer. Please do not touch the ink cartridge chip when placing in your printer.

 The printer should automatically charge the ink and clean the nozzle if it does not do this please follow your printers instructions to carry out this procedure as it will provide maximum clarity.

There is a blank line or faded colour on the printout

 

Cause:

-

Air bubble inside the cartridge

The print head may be clogged with dried ink

 

-

Poor condition or aging for print head

 

-

Incorrect Cartridge Installation

Out of ink for certain colour

 

-

Wrong settings in your printer

Solution:

-

Clean your print head 2-3 times by pressing the “Clean Print Head” button on the printer to clean the air-bubble and print head (Please read the printer user manual for detail)

 

-

The installation method is not correct, reinstall the cartridge and clean the print head 1-2 times - YOU MAY NEED TO TURN YOUR PRINTER OFF AND THEN ON AGAIN TO CLEAR 'empty cartridge status'

Replace old cartridge

 

-

Do not remove the seal film at the bottom of the cartridge, otherwise the ink will leak out and there will be blank lines or the printout will be blank

 

-

Check the “Print Quality” setting on your printer; you may have mistakenly chosen “Draft” or “ Economic”

-

Replace the old print head

 

 

 

After installing the new cartridge, the printer cannot print anything out.

 

Cause:

-

Air bubbles inside the cartridge

 

-

The printer is aged or damaged or blocked

 

-

The yellow label has not been removed on the cartridge.

 

 

 

Solution:

-

Clean your print head 2-3 times by pressing the “Clean Print Head” button on the printer (Please read the printer user manual for details)

 

-

Shake the cartridge 4-5 times before installing it.

-

Remove the yellow label to let the air enter the cartridge for normal printing.

-

Do not remove the sealing label at the bottom of the cartridge, otherwise the ink will leak out and there is blank line or nothing on the printout

 

 

 

The printer cannot identify the newly installed cartridges.

 

Reason:

-

The cartridge has not been installed correctly

 

-

Touching the chip with bare hand or dust adheres to the chip surface.

 

-

The spring touching needle in the print head is out of usage or damaged.

 

-

The spring tablet in the printer cannot be used without the chip

 

 

 

 

 

 

Solution:

-

Reinstall the cartridge in the right procedure (Please read the printer user manual or “Tips for compatible cartridge”) YOU MAY NEED TO TURN YOUR PRINTER OFF AND THEN ON AGAIN TO CLEAR 'empty cartridge status'

Use dry cloth to clean the chip and reinstall the cartridge

 

-

Check for the spring touching needle

 

-

It cannot be fixed and would need to be replaced.

 

 

 

 

After changing the new cartridge, the computer shows a warning message that cartridge is not original cartridge.

 

Reason:

-

Just a normal message to remind the user.

 

Solution:

-

The warning message is set by printer manufacturer. When the warning message asks you to click “yes” or “no”, please click “yes” and then follow the instructions. This will not affect the printing quality.

 

 

 

 

After changing the new cartridge, there is still out of ink signal.

 

Reason:

-

The printer power is off when installing a new inkjet cartridge, so the printer memory will keep the status for the original cartridge

 

 

 

 

 

 


Solution:

-

Turn the printer off and on again, printing will resume until ink cartridge is depleted

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Does compatible ink cartridge damage the printer?

Absolutely not, our compatible cartridges are tested by our quality control department to ensure no printer damage will occur

 

 

 

 

 

The noise from cartridge carriage is abnormally loud.

 

Cause:

-

There is little lubrication oil

 

-

Low temperature in work circumstances.

External force stops the cartridge

 

 

 

 


Solution:

-

Add the lubrication oil after cleaning the shaft and the cartridge carriage.

 

-

Regulate the temperature.

 

-

Remove the foreign body.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The printout does not match the image on the computer screen.

 

Cause:

 

 

 

-

The angle of the printer head has not been properly adjusted.

 

-

The print paper or the cartridge can not meet the requirement. - check your paper setting

 

-

Wrong printing media chosen

 

-

Printing media may be humid

 

-

Resolution of the image

Breakdown of the printer

Deviation of print out printed from different computer - there may be a ICC profile or workspace setting ?

 


Solution:

Please read the solution of “Blank line on the printout”.

Align the print head according to the specialized software.

Replace the print paper or cartridge with the qualified one

Make sure you’re using clean, dry paper. If the paper is damp, it will not print well.

Text Documents recommended to use Inkjet paper and Images / Photos recommended to use high quality inkjet photo paper preferably gloss

Replace the humid paper by using dry paper and print again

 

 

 

 

 

The printer loads the paper abnormally.

 

Cause:

The print paper has been loaded incorrectly

The paper is curled or creased.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


Solution:

Remove the foreign body and in the notch if it has

Replace the paper with the qualified one and adjust the edge guides on each side
