We are a reseller of ink and media consumables.

Payment arrangements
The payment screen displays the cards accepted by our payment processors.

Delivery
Delivery will be as specified within the individual webpages 1^st class usually next day, 2^nd class 2-5 working days, courier nextday or 48hr.

We will only be shipping to the billing address.

Force majeure
Ink-1 shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods or services you have ordered, or any delay in doing so, or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Right to cancel
Under the distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item or service purchased on this website, for a full refund or replacement goods. Your cancellation rights expire 7 days from the date you take receipt of the goods. If you have purchased a product and you find it does not suit your needs, a full refund will be given (postage is non refunded) so long as the product has not been opened and it is returned within 7 days. The distance selling regulations further specify when your cancellation rights expire. Deemed delivery date will be 3 working days from date of posting. Cancellation is only deemed served on ink-1 if sent in writing.

We do not warrant the suitability of goods for a particular purpose, and you should check specifications and suitability with manufacturers before ordering.
 
Goods are not sold on a trial basis.
 
Goods offered subject to being unsold. In the event of non-availability of goods, we reserve the right to rescind the contract.
 
All goods remain the property of ink-1.co.uk until paid in full.
 
Prices and manufacturers specifications subject to change without notice. Minor specification variations do not entitle the purchaser to rescind the contract.
 
Items out of stock may be replaced by items of similar specification.
 
Items returned must include purchase details.
 
If a product is found working after testing, a fee of £10.00 will occur.

A restocking fee of up to 20% is charged on returns, which prove to be non-defective.
 
All returns must be in stock condition and be authorised through our returns procedure.
 
You are responsible for ensuring safe delivery of any returned item, customer bears all shipping costs.
 
We are not responsible for any consequential loss or expenses, howsoever caused, including incidental returns costs.
